hello! my little orange guy has been very upset with me because in a panic after dumping out my cats litter and then realizing i had no more in the house to replace it (fully on me, i should have double checked before doing so) i accidentally doordashed pellet litter instead of our usual natural litter i buy, and after realizing my mistake i did go back a couple of days later to get the kind my cats are used to. during those couple of days with the pellet litter, he, and only he, retaliated and started peeing in our bathroom wherever he could. i assumed it was because he was rejecting the awful terrible pellet litter (his words, not mine) but the problem has continued despite the litter box returning to normal. i have tried showing him repeatedly that the litter is as it once was, as well as moving one of the litter boxes right outside our bedroom so he no longer has to travel to go potty. (one litter box is still in the same spot) however, he insists on still traveling all the way to our other bathroom (a long journey) to pee on everything in there. this was never an issue before the pellet litter incident. please send help, my bathroom is becoming stinky and i want to cry!
