First of all, I am new in this *linkedin* phase of life…so asking this may sound dumb. If you have some random funny cover on your LinkedIn, does it actually count as a “NEGATIVE” for recruiters? I opened LinkedIn recently & everyone has this professional profile photo & cover while I thought I would express some of my not so funny personality with a (let’s say) “The Office” meme. But it sounds unprofessional, does it actually? Also I hate sharing my face online but I would love having a job. So my face gets counted or just my skills?? sorry for being dumb but had to ask all these nonsense
