I accidentally filled out my previous name use.

Which I’m not supposed to. I use only one name and have no another name . I feel so stupid right now.

My questions is. How long it take them to fix it ( all I need to remove that part ) and they messed uo my middle name connect to my first name. I’m so stress right now because I have a finger print next week. Pls let me know how can I call them and get a hold of them. I heard it is really hard to contact them by phone. I also need advice. Thank you so much .
