Has anyone else experienced this kind of interview process? I’m genuinely curious.
I’m currently interviewing for an entry level role, and I’ve already completed a 30 min phone screen and a 45 min Zoom interview. Now they’re asking me to do three separate 45 minute interviews back to back in one day, so nearly 2.5 hours total.
I’ve done panel interviews before (usually around an hour) with larger companies, but this company is much smaller (250 employees), which is why it caught me off guard.
Is this normal for an entry level position? And would it be unreasonable to ask if any of the interviews could be combined into a panel instead?
