If Madrid doesn’t win La Liga this year, they’ve won 7 of the last 20. They’ve won almost as many Champions Leagues as La Liga titles. Do you have any explanation for this? Are they neglecting the domestic league?

We could probably find one, and it’s easy for many to see. As for our performance, we certainly have room for improvement in La Liga these past few years, and we need to get a lot of things right. In the past few months, I think we’ve performed much better in the big matches, the toughest ones than when we’ve faced lesser opponents. If we look at these past three months, there’s plenty of room for improvement. But we’ve also faced situations, like against Girona, that make it easier for Madrid to win a Champions League than a La Liga title. And that says a lot.
