Hi all,

Please provide some input because I am losing my mind.

• I completed 2 interview rounds; reached the reference stage, provided 2 references.
• Hiring manager’s original goal was to fill the role by end of March or at least thats he said on the 1st interview.
• On April 3rd, they contacted 1 out of my 2 references. Feedback given was very positive.
• The Easter long weekend occurred immediately following the reference check.
• I sent a follow-up email on April 14th.
• Total radio silence up to today.

Do you think I have any chances for an offer or shall I just accept I didnt get the job and move on?
