I didn’t think I would be doing this today but here I am. My beloved Lilly went in for surgery to remove a mass from her leg. By all accounts it should have been a simple surgery but she went into cardiac arrest before they were able to get started. The vet thinks she had underlying heart disease.

Anyway I am bereft because this was supposed to be a simple procedure and now she’s just gone.
