I work in aviation and my previous position was closed leaving me without a job. I’ve been applying to other airlines for another management position and I’ve applied no less than 46 times with a major airline consistently being denied by the ATS despite nearly 20 years of experience in inflight and management. I finally got an assessment for one of the roles and it asked me roughly 100 questions that looked like this. Needless to say, I didn’t make it past the assessment and I remain unemployed for yet another month without any call backs.

Internal candidates have been whooping my ass.
