hiii my bf (22m) and i (21f) are becoming first time cat parents and i wanted to do more deep diving on how others personally care for their cats if there’s anything that you think others should know that is rarely talked about! we’re located in west florida, usa. haven’t gotten insurance or gone to the vet. we got her from our friend who’s four cats (2 mommas & 2 pawpaws) all mated and decided to let him have 14 cats instead of just four.

she’s a 5mo calico american shorthair, and she’s so sweet and i wanted to learn more from others about anything that’s willing to shared about :) she’s an ectrodactyly kitty, and i wanted to see if there’s anything i should do to care for it? we haven’t had to time get her paw checked by someone and i’m so anxious on how the claws are growing in that paw that if we prolong of not getting checked soon something’s gonna happen. actually, we haven’t even gone to the vet to get her checked out and the other necessities. i have an appointment coming up for her though.

personal worries aside, if there’s any tips or tricks or advice or tlc instructions that y’all want to share, please provide some :) it’s super appreciated
