I do not understand how recruiters climb the ranks. How do you go from consultant to co-head of a region in less than 4 years? Is it years of busting your ass or kissing someone else’s? In under a year they went from Principal to Co-Head (whatever that means).

I do ask this with a twinge of jealousy, but mostly curiosity because I never understand recruiters titles.
