Living on the third floor, usually let him chill on the balcony but birds have made the roof a chill spot and its getting him . . . Excited? Agitated? Not sure, but I’m a bit hesitant to let him out. We found out there is a birds nest by the edge of the baclony he can sniff but cant reach. Birds there dont seem to mind him and it doesn’t seem to set him off.

Not sure if I’m overthinking this?
