UPDATE: Guys she’s actively in labor there is no spay/abort option!!!

Well didn’t think this would happen but we took in a stray, got all her vaccines and had an appt to get her spayed. She started bleeding vaginally so we took her to the vet and she is pregnant! What in the world do we do? We have two other cats (both spayed and neutered) in the house and a dog. She’s been getting along well with them except the boy cat (which makes a lot of sense now). Any advice is appreciated!
