I applied and had a really good interview for a management position. A few or so after my application status changed from “interview” it “offer”. That same day the recruiter reached out and wanted to schedule time to talk and share “updates on my application. I sent my availability and it’s now been two weeks and I haven’t heard anything. I followed up with the recruiter and she says she is waiting on more information and will let me know when she does. Then I followed up again and she said they had one last interview. Is this normal for large companies?? Does the “offer” status mean anything???
