Please join me in wishing Takei a happy 12th birthday! He’s my bestest buddy and I am thankful for all the joy he has given me over the years. I’m happy he has been there for all of life’s ups and downs cuz having him as a sidekick has made even the worst days more bearable. (And don’t worry, it was a very quick photo, he was not harmed by the candle and not a single hair was singed!)
