I have no idea on what to do anymore, I have been applying from January and all I got are few OAs that went no where and rejection email. I genuinely don’t know what’s I am doing wrong. I tailor my resume according to job role, proof read it and then submit my application, I cold dm/email the recruiter or hiring managers with a warm email to like initiate a conversation and then proceed to asking for a job ( ts never worked ). And after all that I get an email saying “Thanks you for applying…” . I genuinely feel like giving up 🫠
