Just adopted this cat a couple days ago, first cat I’ve ever adopted. He has weird hair almost sheep-like. Its thick and almost oily. He was a stray so they don’t know much about him and I cant get him bathed until after his neuter has healed. Is this a genetic thing or is he dirty?
