!Advice and reassurance needed !

(First slide is today second is from Saturday) I posed some photos a few days ago here about Deto, I’m so lost for words I don’t know what to do… I can’t afford to do anything currently i go back on the road for work but that means I’ll be away from my cat, but I need to make the money, I’m terrified that what choice I make will be the wrong one. I’m scared I’ve lost 4 animals in 2 years (cancer and old age) and I just feel like I’m going to lose her too even tho it’s just an eye issues it seems so much more, I don’t know what to do and I know if I call my vet they will want me to bring her in for an appointment. And I just can’t afford another vet appointment this month. everything im doing is failing I fear. I just need help and advice, does it look like she’s getting any better or am I just scared cause of losing my last pets?
