What the title says. She’s obviously just very empathetic, knows i hate doing laundry and wants to let me know she too is upset about it.

She’s very cuddly and affectionate when i’m sat down, but if i need to be stood up for more than 20 minutes (for anything other than playing with her) she literally goes feral. Like, aggressive biting, using her claws to mountaineer my legs, zooming up and down the bookshelf she normally never bothers with.

Because she never bothers with the bookshelf, i moved anything breakable there. The last few times she’s been feral while i’ve been cleaning, she’s broken something, causing me to clean for longer, enraging her further.

As soon as i sit down she sits down, either with me or on one of her beds. I guess my question is, would it be cruel for me to keep her in the bathroom while i clean? She likes to sleep in there anyway, i’ll put her bed, food, litter in etc. I’ve tried it before but she meowed so much it sounded like she was in genuine distress. Pic of Pealie girl for tax
