We have two cats one older who we got first and a kitten who we got at ten weeks and is now close to 14. We separated them in two rooms and allowed the kitten to get established and the older cat get used to the idea. We have slowly introduced them and it’s been going fairly well. They play, but the kitten can be quite rough and older (much larger cat) can run away. We don’t leave them unsupervised as I think the older cat gets a bit stressed. The kitten is resilient and doesn’t seem to be phased by anything. Totally out the blue she peed on our bed: they have two litter trays in two rooms one for each of them. We thought it might be a one off but she did the same thing again and then went into the litter tray to poo. Why is she doing this?
