Just submitted a form for background check with HireRight. THe form itself didnt ask any questions, except for my personal details and SSN. Was wondering , will they my resume as reference? How good are they , if anyone has similar experience. Its for a junior role. Also have some international employment on there, should i give my previous superviser a headsup? Thanks in advance.
