Former dog person. This little guy and his family live a couple of houses down in s barn. Noticed the kittens around Christmas time. Felt bad for them and started leaving food and water out while it was really cold. This guy slowly started letting me pet him about a month ago, then started sleeping on our doorstep (on a blanket I laid out). Myself and the wife came home from work around 10 days ago and he was waiting for us on the porch. We unlocked the door and he zoomed right in. Gave him the house tour, had dinner, watched a little tv then he was ready to go back out.

Next day, waiting on us again, zoomed in again. This time, he had stayed. Took him to the vet, relatively healthy besides sinus infection. Takes all of his medications like a champ. Used litter box from the get go. Very affectionate, sleeps on laps, shoulders, whatever. Loves to play. Just can’t believe our luck on a formal feral getting acclimated instantly. Love this guy!
