it’s probably just a random quirk but i wonder why a bit. my family has 4 cats, there’s tons of water bowls throughout the house from them. we put them on tables or counters so they don’t have to share with the dogs. there’s one that’s pretty big and has smooth river rocks in the bottom that all the other cats seem to prefer because i guess they like the rock flavored water lol

my kitty though always insists on drinking from my glass of water. pretty much right when she sees a glass sitting next to me she tries to start drinking from it. i can’t leave any water in cups to finish sipping on later because she will try to knock it over if she can’t reach the water in the bottom. she has spilled lots of water and broken a few glasses with this. i take her to her water bowls and she doesn’t want any, she just wants the water from my cup lol. any ideas why she’s so insistent we share our water glass?
