Hello , I’ve been interviewing with a large fintech for 3.5 months nearly now. I’ve had 2 technical rounds , and before my final behavioural the recruiter told me they went very successfully. The behavioural round was good too. It’s been barely 2 business days since behavioural and my status gets flipped on workday to “ no longer under consideration”. Have they just rejected me when the recruiter said the technical rounds went very successfully in their words ? The behavioural was also good so I’m a bit surprised by the status change. The status change happened after EOD and I haven’t gotten a rejection email.
