How often do you take your cat for a checkup? I have a 12 year old cat and up until now I only took her when something was wrong. Shes had a UTI, 2 ear infections and a few teeth pulled in the past. I want to be more proactive and just took her for a checkup. The vet said physically she is in very good shape. Her bloodwork also came back perfect.

Was thinking of starting to take her yearly but is that too often or not often enough?
