Applied on March 18th for a Senior Software Engineer Role.
The recruiter was super responsive until the last interview with the Hiring Manager.
Then told me he’ll get back to me in a week.
So I reached out to him at the end of the week like any sane person. After multiple follow up emails, this is the reply I got saying he has to regroup with the team as there are some internal changes

So I gave him time and reached out again the following Tuesday. He asked for my availability and bam, pin drop silence again.

The annoying part is, he doesn’t say if I got the offer or if I’m rejected. The application status says Hiring Manager Review. I have absolutely no idea on what’s happening.
