Hi, I have 2 male cats. They are 1 month apart. Black bullies Orange.

I got them neutered when they were 5 mos old. And now they are turning 3 this year. Black started bullying Orange again. I think Black scratched Orange eye just like when they were kittens.

The big change was we forced my brother to move out and Black was close to my brother. His behavior drastically change when my brother was gone.

Now, I’ve been feeding them the same thing and tbh, I was petting Black more so he wouldn’t get jealous with Orange.

Is this even possible to go back to how it was used to be? If yes, what are things do I have to do?

If not, what option do I have?

I’m so stressed. 🥲

P.S. I can’t and won’t give Black to my brother, he’s not responsible enough.

Edit: Black bites Orange on the nape or anywhere in his body. Orange cries loud. And I’ve been noticing that Orange is more anxious lately with any type of movement or sound.
