So I have a 10 year old male who is on prescription urinary diet. We have tried hills, purina, and royal canin. Thank goodness for chewys policy on refunding unused food because he only likes royal canin (the priciest). He will eat the hills if I give him 1/2 servings at a time. (He used to be 100% kibble, so this is an adjustment for us.)

Then I have a 6 month old, who has decided this week to only use the litter box sometimes. He has peed on my couch and keeps trying to pee on my dirty clothes. He eats the same rx dry food as the other cat, but non rx pro plan wet food.

I am thinking the younger kittens potty issues are behavioral and im putting out another litter box (so I will have 4, 2 being litter robots). (I am taking to vet this evening for a uti check)

In 5 years of having a cat & dozens of fosters, we’ve never had pee or dietary issues and I am just being driven mad with worry by their diets and peeing habits!

Love these 2 and will continue to figure it out - but any and all advice on pee and hydration are welcome!
