I hate this shit so much. How am I getting rejecting for entry level jobs during the HR screen phase, when I have 6 years of experience in the industry?

What questions am I failing from the HR? I thought the HR screen call was supposed to be simple. Verify your background and what you say on your resume is true. I’m ready to talk all about my technical skills, so why am I failing generic HR interview questions like:

  1. tell me about your life goal

2)How well do you work in a team?

3)Why do you want to work at our company?

All these questions are so generic and basic, I don’t why i’m being cut off at this phase, I just want an opportunity to speak with the hiring manager…
