My cat started developing this rash-like patch on his face (above eye where the fur is sparse) two days ago. It first appeared as a small cluster of a few red dots, and looked like it could have been a wound inflicted by the other cat (liked maybe she bopped him on the head with claws out). I decided to monitor and see if it would go away, but this morning it looks to have grown (see pictures). I’m sorry the pictures aren’t better/closer, he is squirmy and my phone’s camera quality isn’t great.

He does not seem to be bothered by it and is not acting any differently than he normally would. He is 2 years old and was literally just taken to the vet for his annual check up a few weeks ago - received a clean bill of health.
