I’ve got a big glass door that leads out to a deck. During the day, the deck is full of birds and squirrels, because we put food out for them, and my cats sometimes like to watch them. But what’s even more common is for my cats to be sitting by that door at night, when there is no activity out there, and they’re just staring into the darkness. Are they just remembering that stuff was going on out there before? Can they see things we can’t? Or is this just a weird cat thing?
