Hey all! My cat has been eating pro plan wet and dry food but recently has been having some trouble expressing anal glands and pooping more than every other day. The vet said it is fine but recommended hills PRESCRIPTION diet to try and get her to go more regularly or to add pumpkin to her diet. I added pumpkin and add water to her food with not much change. The prescription food is like 4x the cost of what I’m paying now and I just cannot afford that at this time but hopefully in the future.

Has anyone with this issue tried hills and seen changes? Thanks!
