My orange cat is very affectionate

My orange baby is turning 3 this year and since I adopted him (around 5 months old at the time) he has been doing something I find interesting and I’m not sure if other cats out there do the same.

He likes to wait until I get in bed in an incline position (not fully flat on my back) and he immediately makes his way over to me and climbs on my chest very carefully.

He then proceeds to gently put his paw on my chin (if I’m distracted by my phone or book) and I start to pet him. The entire time he keeps placing either his forehead or nose against my lips so I can kiss him. All while I’m petting him. This ritual continues for as long as he wants to. Sometimes up to 10-15 minutes.

Sometimes he will lie down on my chest and sometimes he turns around to show me his bum.

My other cat doesn’t do this. I didn’t know orange cats could be like this.
