Hello I’m hoping people can help me here. I’ve tried almost everything and I still cannot find my cat.

We adopted a cat around a month and a half ago. When she first got here she hid pretty thoroughly, but we set up cameras around the house and we could see that she was coming out at night. Eventually she settled under my bed and she’d come out to use the litter box, eat twice a day and sometimes to explore if she thought we weren’t around. I had a camera set up in my room to keep an eye on her, but it wasn’t set to record, just snapshots.

On Tuesday, April 21st at 9:13am, the camera caught her looking down my stairs. She hasn’t been seen since. She hasn’t eaten, hasn’t used the litter box. I put the other cameras on and set them to video record. She hasn’t been seen on any. We’ve opened every drawer. Looked high and low in every closet. Looked beneath the stairs and under the sinks. We pulled out the fridge, freezer, oven, washer and dryer. Every bin, inside the couches, under the couches.

She is an indoor cat and when I came home the last day she was seen, I didn’t notice any doors or windows open, still I looked all over my house. Under the cars. In the bushes on my property. Inside my shed. Inside any place where she might be hiding. I can’t find her. I can’t hear her. I’m starting to get really desperate as I just don’t know what to do.

I’ve gone through this sub and followed all the advice about where to look. But if there is ANYTHING I’m missing, please let me know. She is microchipped so I’m assuming she wasn’t sent to a shelter but I am just so scared for this cat!
