The title pretty much says it all. My roommate’s cat is just over a year old and he has recently learned he can throw his poop out of the litter box and plays with it. My roommate is constantly scooping his litter, but since she works outside the house, every time we get home there’s poop all over the place. We’ve gotten him a deeper litter box, a litter mat, nothing has helped. Is this a behavioral thing? Is he under stimulated? He has a pretty large cat tree and many toys to play with. Any advice would help!
