Has anyone successfully rigged up a slow feeder insert for their polar feeder ?

I saw a post from about 7 months ago with no updates :(

The automatic wet feeder has been life changing, but one of my girls HAS to have a slow feeder. Hoping someone has something that’s working for them to share
