This beautiful lady showed up outside my house super loving and unfortunately missing one eye. I was able to find a vet in the area who could work her in day of to start getting her treated for her eye problems.

The theory is for the eyelessness is she developed ulcers on her eyes from an infection and when the ulcer drained her poor eye drained with it. She still has an ulcer on her remaining eye so she is on two weeks of antibiotics and an eye ointment so she can hopefully retain vision in it. Surgery is scheduled next week to remove any remaining eye pieces and to sew up the socket.

I live in an area where cats get dumped and I’m currently working on TNR for them. She is so affectionate and playful and an amazing addition to our family 🥹❤️
