I’ve only applied to ~40. Each time I find a position that really aligns with my qualifications, the motivation hits hard.

Re-making a resume, handcrafting a cover letter, sending that perfect email.

To continue to do this and be left with copy-paste rejections and (more often I’ve found) no response, killlllls me.
