The requested picture after Spectrum came back out. They moved the box down, ran the conduit through the knockout, and put in a shorter cable so there wasn’t 50’ rolled up in there. They still need to bury the line so that’s why the main cable isn’t protected yet. Thanks to those who commented/helped on my last post.

    Got to give props to Spectrum on this one. They came out immediately and did right by you. It’s surprising, and satisfying.

    Also major props to the cabling experts in this sub for giving you all the words and ideas you needed to tell Spectrum to get such a good result. I honestly believe the cabling guys on here are changing so many families’ lives for the better with their advice. It’s one of the best free services on Reddit, yet still a secret.

      Thanks for the reminder. I linked it on the original post. I agree, when I called back in they were extremely helpful and had someone back out within two hours. No issues
