Just wanted to share this in case it helps someone else. I didn’t fall for it, but wow… so many red flags.

“Techfinitive” supposedly offered me a job. Their website’s been up since 2022, but the offer letter they sent had a hospital address in West Virginia on it. Meanwhile, the person contacting me was using a camcprojects email — which is tied to a medical center, not the company.

When I looked up the address, it’s literally CAMC General Hospital. Why would a tech company be using a hospital’s address on an offer letter?

On top of that, the wages were transposed, the English was rough, and the Teams messages felt like someone pretending to be a recruiter.

I reached out to the actual company through every channel I could find — website form, Facebook, LinkedIn — no response at all.

Not saying what their deal is, but something is definitely off. Posting this because I couldn’t find much info when I searched.
