Got an offer from Incedo Inc. for a Software Developer role with the LPL Financial client, and honestly, this has been the worst hiring experience I’ve had.

The interview process was completely unstructured. No proper scheduling, just random calls asking me to jump into interviews on the spot. Zero respect for candidate time.

Then came the offer. The salary in the offer letter was lower than what was discussed. No explanation. The recruiter (Tanusri) just brushed it off until I kept pushing, and only after multiple follow-ups did they “fix” it.

Joining date? “Tentative.” Never clearly confirmed. When I asked for an updated offer letter and extension, communication basically died. Instead, I’d get random calls asking me to start documentation, without resolving anything I had already raised.

The whole thing felt disorganized and borderline shady. Poor communication, constant back-and-forth, and no accountability at any step. Felt more like they were trying to keep me engaged than actually close things properly.

If this is how they handle hiring, I wouldn’t expect things to magically improve after joining.

Curious, if anyone is facing any similar issues or having great experience.
