I had my final round of interviews the day before yesterday. After that, I sent a thank-you email to HR, asked him to pass along my appreciation to the interview panel, and mentioned that I remain very interested in the role.

He replied a few hours later saying he is traveling this week, but that he will track down feedback from the team. He also ended the email by saying he is looking forward to the next steps.

I haven’t received a follow-up yet, and I’m feeling really anxious while waiting. Is this still a good sign, and can I keep my hopes up?
