I’ve been contacted by their recruiters and even interviewed for a couple of roles. Just to find out there was never an open position. They were just interviewing people because they were pursuing contracts and hoping to be awarded them. They couldn’t give me any details or if they were close to signing a deal. They basically wasted my fucking time just to say, ‘We hope to hire you.’ They’re better off including that information in their job posts rather than leading candidates to believe there’s an available position.
