I’ve applied for probably close to 200 jobs within the last month. It’s been nothing but denial emails and “entry level will train” doesn’t actually mean entry level they actually want you to have like 5 years experience! I applied for a few jobs where they have you chat with an AI bot where they ask your name, address, contact info, and general right to work questions…. No area to include my resume. I’d then receive emails a few days later saying stating that they will not be-able to offer me the position. They don’t even know my skills or anything. So what are they doing?… basing their hiring decision off my name!
