I (22) got contacted over LinkedIn by a recruiter for a position as a Trainee in Recruiting and Sales (360° Recruiting). I wrote a bit with the Recruiter and she scheduled a job interview with me on Monday. I sent her my CV and she sent me some material and other information.

The thing is that I never had any connection points with recruiting or sales. The closest connection point to sales would be my summer job that I did for 4 months in 2022 and my job in the morning shift in retail which I’m currently working in. I finished high school and did a vocational training/apprenticeship as a Legal Specialist but I got laid off after I finished it.

After I got laid off I kept applying for jobs (and got ghosted or rejected) but made up my mind and decided to pursue higher education and visit University.

Now what should I do? Should I accept the job or reject it? I’m really lost and could need some guidance.
