About a year ago we moved the water to the other side of the room from where their food is as we heard it’s better for them mentally, but now one of my cats (Pumpkin the bengal cat) constantly drags the water bowl around. Sometimes he drinks it after, sometimes he doesn’t. He didn’t do this before we moved the bowl as it was on a tray that made it difficult to move, but he would always dip his paw in the water. He had had a fascination with water since he was a kitten, especially taps, to the point where we have to lock our bathroom door as he can open the door and turn on the tap and lick the water. Not necessarily concerned about his behaviour (though it is annoying to clean up all the time haha) just wondering why he does this? Is it a game? For context he is 12 years old (so is his brother who is in the video).
