I have a deaf Maine coon kitty. He is the sweetest boy. I have another cat who is a ragdoll and he is more gentle and social than she is. He doesn’t have any aggression and whenever he is in a situation he doesn’t like, he would either curl in a ball or avoid conflict, especially when his older sister plays rough.

With that being said, he started getting an eye infection. The vet gave me these gooey drops to put in his eyes twice a day. He’s deaf so it’s hard to communicate with him as I try to calm him down while applying the eye drops. Now, whenever he sees me, he starts running away scared and it just makes me so sad.
