Perspective on workday statuses. I applied for a role at Fidelity. I interviewed on the 13th. I sent a quick thank you after the interview. I also sent a follow up on Monday, due to the turnaround time discussed in the interview. The recruiter thanked me and let me know “we would know more in a week or so.” My status in workday remained interview in progress until Wednesday. It changed to interview complete. Is this a good sign or a bad sign? Just curious. Or anyone with similar experiences that have gotten the role?
