I’ve been seeing this cat outside for awhile but I’m not sure if it belongs to someone it doesn’t have a collar on and the other day and I always see it roaming around with other cats. It has come to my window to see my cat but I don’t know if it is a stray and needs a home. I would be open to taking it in but I don’t know where to begin any suggestions, has anyone had this happen before?
