I’m talking about people who have the experience I’m talking years of experience. But yet recruiters aren’t receptive to their directness and their lack of being able to keep a conversation going far from what it needs to. I had an interview today with a recruiter, but her phone kept dropping, so it was throwing me off, but I kept telling her about what I would do in my job mind you I was applying for the same position that I’m currently working at it’s just at a different company. Bit of a lateral move if you ask me. It just has like two dollar of a difference in pay. But the position is closer to home so I’d be saving on gas. And because her phone was dropping she made it seem like it was me who was a problem. The interview could’ve easily been done through text. Yes I have a monotone voice, but I am more than likely know what I’m doing. You could easily interview my supervisors. The people around me this is getting so annoying. I’m giving up. I might just end up homeless. I don’t believe in kissing ass I never will but I will be your best damn worker. You guys just take a leap at the person that is most corporate adjacent and it’s sad.
