Applied for a job this week & scheduled a phone interview at the end of the application process. Received a reminder email a few days before the interview & was told to block 30 min for the call & the interviewer would call at the interview time or within 15 min of that time. Received no call at the 15 min mark. And no kind of follow up even an hour after.

What would be the best way to follow up by email?
